Our service objective is to diagnose, treat, and coach you through your pain and help the prevention of future problems. After fully understanding your personal history and nature of your injury, we will create a plan to meet your personal needs and goals.
On your first appointment, you can expect a thorough consultation discussing your personal history, a physical exam, and other diagnostic exams. Afterwards, the patient will receive their first adjustment.
We will schedule sufficient time to fully understand the history of your problem. We ask definitive questions to determine the specific details of the problem so we can establish the correct way to treat it.
Physical Exam, Testing, and X-Rays
After the consultation, we will perform a detailed physical examination. The exam will be a comprehensive evaluation with particular focus on the problem area. Depending on the condition, we will perform various orthopedic tests of the spine and extremities and a neurologic examination to test sensory or motor function.
Based on the results of the physical exam, we may perform x-rays so that we have a complete understanding of the involved structure and how it's currently positioned in the body. Once the initial assessment is complete, we will determine the appropriate treatment for our patient's needs.
Once we have completed the initial assessment, we will work with you to develop a custom care plan to meet your needs. Depending upon your condition, your care plan may include:
